Magnetism: Extremely magnetic, no sandwich bottom. Only ranges that are thick enough are compatible with induction (at least 2mm thick)

Specific features: Change of natural colour following contact with heat. It turns blue, purple.

Functions: Sear, brown, grill.

Food cooked: Red meat, omelettes, fish, crêpes, potatoes, vegetables (except tomatoes and other foods with an acid taste).
