Salmon is the star of this super easy recipe, but the horseradish is the key ingredient.
500 g salmon
400 ml cream
2 egg yolks
3 Tbsp grated horseradish
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1. Remove the skin from salmon fillet. Cut into stripes. Season with salt and white pepper.
2. Mix together cream, egg yolks, horseradish and parsley. Season with salt.
3. Grease your baking dish with butter. Place salmon stripes on the bottom and pour over cream mixture.
4. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 C.
