200 g green and/or red salad
handful red radish
handful cherry tomatoes
2 - 4 eggs
100 g goat cheese
4 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Cut or tear salad(s). Slice radishes. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Cut goat cheese into stripes. Dice boiled eggs into cubes. Throw everything in a bowl.
- Mix pumpkin seed oil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Toss you salad with dressing, mix and serve.
NOTE: You might need colander to prepare this salad. Try high quality de Buyer stainless steel conical colander.
