Looking for different pizza dough? Milk gives this alternative fluffy, soft texture. Top it with my homemade tomato sauce (add origano and basil), mozzarella cheese, cooked prosciutto and smoked bacon. You won’t be sorry.
350 g weak flour
150 g strong flour
2 dcl lukewarm water
1 dcl lukewarm milk
20 g fresh yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp salt
3 Tbsp olive oil + some more for coating
1. Sift flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Pour in water and milk, crumble the yeast into milky water and add sugar. Set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Add salt and olive oil. Start mixing the dough with a wooden spoon, than use your hands to bring the dough together. Put onto your work surface and knead for 10 minutes.
3. Divide into 2 parts and form balls. Place them into a bowl or a roasting pan, coat in olive oil and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise for at least 1 hour, than you can bake your favorite pizza.
